Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all braiding appointments. This amount will be deducted from your final total on the day of service. Remaining balances must be paid in full via cash or card at the salon.
Booking Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No call / no show will result in blocked future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after 15 minutes will incur a $10 late fee or may require rescheduling, depending on our daily schedule, to ensure fairness to other clients. Once 20 minutes have passed, your appointment will be cancelled.
Appointment Preparation
Please reschedule if you are sick. Arrive with hair freshly washed. For braids, arrive with hair freshly washed, thoroughly detangled, and blow-dried. Blow-drying is available for an additional $35 fee. Hair must be free of oils and heavy products for optimal braiding results. No extra guests, dress comfortably, and arrive on time.
